I am not a scientist or a doctor, nor or am I purporting to be. This information is provided so that others may gain an informed view and not be opinionated of what is NOT shared on MSM (mainstream media). I believe it's important to ensure that files are available, as at some point MSM will delete and censor from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. I believed in freedom of information. I don't believe in censorship or decision making behind closed doors.

Very important information here, as this Corman Drosten publication is instrumental in where we are now with PCR testing and false positives, and fake identification of infectiousness subsequent to a RT-PCR test. |

A fabulous paper from the Public Health Laboratory Network (PHLN), link below – PCR test specificity – in Australia apparently it has a very high specificity and analytical accuracy – a positive test must be backed up with a follow up test, using differing targets. Also discusses high cycle threshold values, the result can be very dependent on the sampling site and technique (p3 on page 3 of 7 under ‘Clinical Sensitivity’. Cycle Threshold Value discussed on p4 of 7. Talks of cT values under 2. Off-target test reactivity’ with Ct Value where ‘usually 35-45 cycles are undertaken’!! Which according to this paper- over 40 may increase sensitivity…….and ‘risk of false positivity’. Page 5 of 7 advises of retesting protocols to mitigate false positives and false negative PCR results: |
